Spanish Coffee Table Plans (Woodworking Project Paper Plan)
Adapted from a splayed trestle table located in a museum in Seville, Spain, this Spanish styled Coffee Table is a delight to make. This table, with its thick framed top and gracefully scrolled legs and stretchers can be made from a variety of woods and is a very rewarding project to make and use. All joinery is shown in actual size, curved workpieces are all in full size and you can measure and trace straight from the drawing. A bill of materials doubles as an exact cutting list, there is a detailed exploded diagram, and all hardware requirements are provided.
Coffee Table (almost finished)
I'm working on a small ongoing project to mount a few LCD monitors in a coffee table in my living room. I have two computers running under a side table next to my couch.
I'm going to get a 2nd 22" Samsung LCD to replace the cheap 17" one I have now.
Phase four will be to mount 3 LCDs (portrait orientation instead of landscape).
A friend of mine has an addiction to tic tac, this is what she has digested in two months. I'm planning to make these empty tic tac boxes into a coffee table, so if anyone out there has some empty ones lying around please keep them for me.
coffee table projects
An adaptation of an Early American 17th century trestle board, the original piece is one of the rarest of its kind and is in the Metropolitan Museum collection. The design is typical of the sturdiness and simplicity reflected in the furniture of this period. Construction is not difficult and it can be made entirely of solid pine. All joinery is shown in actual size, curved workpieces are all in full size and you can measure and trace straight from the drawing. A bill of materials doubles as an exact cutting list, there is a detailed exploded diagram, and all hardware requirements are provided. NOTE: The exploded diagram is so detailed that project specific assembly instructions are not provided.
